1. Discord Platform Rules

Our community operates on the Discord platform. By joining Cirvol, you strictly acknowledge and agree to follow:

• The Discord Community Guidelines.

Any violation of Discord's platform-wide rules will result in an immediate ban from our community and a report to Discord Trust & Safety.

2. Age Requirement

In compliance with COPPA and Discord's Terms, you must be at least 13 years old to access our community.

If we suspect a user is under the age of 13 ("underage"), they will be banned immediately without warning. We reserve the right to request age verification if reasonable suspicion exists.

3. User Conduct

We aim to provide a relaxed, variety gaming environment. To maintain this atmosphere, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other members.
• Post NSFW (Not Safe For Work), gore, or sexually explicit content.
• Engage in hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind.
• Dox (share private information of) other members.
• Spam channels or advertise other discord servers/services without Staff permission.

4. Moderation & Staff Authority

The Cirvol Staff Team ("Azure Circuit" operators and appointed moderators) holds the final say in all disputes.

• We reserve the right to kick or ban any user for any reason, with or without prior warning.
• Loopholes or "technicalities" in the rules will not be tolerated. Staff will interpret the rules based on the intent of keeping the community safe.
• Bans for toxicity or harassment are generally permanent and non-appealable.

5. Content & Media

By posting content (text, images, voice) in Cirvol, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the community. You warrant that you own the rights to any content you share and that it does not infringe on third-party copyrights.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Cirvol and its operators (Azure Circuit) are not responsible for the actions, content, or data of third-party users. We are a community hub, not a publisher. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Cirvol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, or Mojang Studios.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the #announcements channel in our Discord server. Continued use of the community after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
