Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 16, 2026
Cirvol ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Azure Circuit, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (cirvol.xyz) or participate in our Discord community.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate our community and website.
A. Website Data
When you visit cirvol.xyz, we may automatically collect:
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- Usage Data: Pages visited and time spent on the site.
- Cookies: Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences (such as your decision to accept cookies).
B. Discord Data
By joining the Cirvol Discord server, our bots (such as the verification bot) may process:
- User ID & Username: Publicly available Discord information.
- Message Content: For moderation purposes (e.g., auto-mod filters scanning for prohibited words).
- Server Activity: Join dates, roles held, and voice channel activity for community stats.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Community Moderation: To identify and ban bad actors, prevent raids, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Functionality: To grant roles (e.g., "Verified Member") or play music in voice channels upon request.
- Analytics: To understand how our community is growing (e.g., "500+ Members" counter).
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. However, we rely on third-party services to function:
- Discord Inc: As our primary platform, all data you submit to the server is processed by Discord in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- Google / Cloudflare: We may use these services for website security (DDoS protection) and analytics.
4. Cookies
We use simple local storage cookies to remember your preferences (like dismissing the cookie banner). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may cause the banner to reappear on every visit.
5. Data Retention
Website logs are typically cleared every 30 days. Discord server logs (moderation history, warnings, bans) are retained indefinitely by Azure Circuit staff to ensure the safety of the community and to prevent banned users from evading punishments.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data. Since most of our data sits on Discord's servers:
- To delete your Discord data: You must use Discord's built-in "Privacy & Safety" tools or delete your Discord account.
- To delete Cirvol-specific data: You may request the deletion of your internal moderation notes (warnings) by contacting an Administrator, provided you are leaving the community.
7. Contact Us
If you have questions about this policy, please contact the Azure Circuit team via:
- Discord Ticket: Open a "Support" ticket in the Cirvol server.
